Happy 1st Birthday Sarah Says......Read Romance!
Do you know how to
celebrate in style or what? So many contests! So many great giveaways.
I’m seriously honored
to be a part of the party, and to be donating a wee prize to the book-honey
pot.
Book blogs are an
author’s promotional back bone, and a major information source for readers. I
appreciate all the work that goes into maintaining a book blog, and thank you
for keeping me informed of the latest and greatest reads to load onto my
Kindle. Also, I thank you for spotlighting my work to let readers know about my
latest releases etc… You’re pretty darn cool and work so hard.
Talking of keeping up
to date with new releases, I think that’s a great blog topic for today. I just
got back from Romantic Times Booklovers convention, but I’m writing this post
pre-convention. I just bet I find a crap ton of new-to-me authors to check out
while in New Orleans for the week, and I also bet that I carried home a
suitcase full of signed books to cherish. Heck, I would even I threw out
clothes to make room for those books in the suitcase. You know, a girl’s gotta
do what a girl’s gotta do.
If you had to, what
prized possession would you give away/throw out to make room for signed books
from your all time favorite authors? Would you throw out your favorite piece of
jewelry? Or how about that special item of clothing someone close to you bought
for your birthday? Dish it! What would you be willing to give up to make room
for more books.
