Wrecked will take you on an emotional roller coaster ride that you do not want to get off. The reader will empathize with Lorrie and her struggle to be "normal". A chance meeting with the infamous Hunter will change her outlook on everything and send her world reeling through emotions she wasn't prepared for.
Hunter is the typical college guy. Girls, fights, booze....you know, your typical cage fighter. On the surface at least. Hunter is not only fighting ever opponent in the cage he is fighting his own demons. Ones that he shares with one other person. Is he ready to let Lorrie in?
These two together are like fire and ice. They will make your heart flutter, exasperate you, make you want to scream and then make you want to cry. Lorrie is an amazingly strong girl that everyone will love. You want to tell her to keep pushing, you can do it, and give a shoulder when she needs one. Hunter had me fighting for him from their first meeting. You just know there's more to him than what's on the surface. you cheer for him during his fights and he makes your heart melt with the tender moments he has with Lorrie. Great chemistry between two unlikely people.
Then just as you think you have the story figured out, Priscilla throws the most unexpected twist in there that makes the bottom drop out of your stomach. Your jaw will drop. It makes the story more......human. One of the best twists in any book I have read, totally took this girl by surprise.
Wrecked is definitely on my Top 5 books of all time. I love the characters, love the story and cannot wait for Rescued!
