GUEST REVIEW: A SEAL's Seduction by Tawny Weber

A SEAL's Seduction
by Tawny Weber

Subject: Navy SEAL Lieutenant Blake Landon
Current Status: Two weeks of enforced leave
Mission: Distract himself in any way possible
Obstacle: A woman who tempts him to break the rules…including his own!
Navy SEAL Blake Landon (aka "Boy Scout") knows the rule book inside and out. Checked. Rechecked. But when a mission ends badly, his entire team is ordered on leave. And that's when Blake sees the tall redhead whose dark eyes suggest that the rules—especially those in bed—are made to be broken.
Scientist Alexia Lane has sex on the brain—partly for work, but mostly because she needs a man who makes her girly parts do the happy dance. Her only no-no? No military dudes. But Blake's rockin' bod promises delicious pleasures, and Alexia is halfway to sexual Nirvana before she can find out he's actually a Navy SEAL.
And where one rule is broken, more are sure to follow….

Adrianna's Review:

I came across this story because it was a free offer on Amazon, and figured you know what let me read a little Navy Story; and let me tell you this story didn’t disappoint.

The attraction between the two is almost instant from when they first see each other. You can see the building of their feelings so quickly. The only downside is that they keep secrets from each other. Blake neglects to tell her that he’s military, even after she’s told him she won’t date a man in uniform, only to find be outed at the Admiral’s retirement party. At a few times, you want to reach through the book and smack Blake for not telling her when he as a chance, but continue to read just to see how she will react.

I laughed at Alexia and her brother, Michael’s, interactions, he is definitely a comedic relief of the story. At one point in the story you want to pull for them to get their heads out of their behinds and see that they are truly in love. But, like watching a good car accident, you keep going just to see how messed up things can get; and let me tell you they can get really bad.

There are a few elements to this story that leaving you holding your breath and praying for a positive result, but in the end love always conquers all.

Oh and let me add this... boy can their love scenes get steamy. This story definitely has everything you could want in a book... love, action, romance, comedy and heartbreak.

Happy reading!
