All That's Unclaimed (Sunnydale Days Book 2) by Constance Phillips

All That's Unclaimed (Sunnydale Days Book 2)

by Constance Phillips
Genre: Contemporary Romance

Ben Crawford is forced to face the ghosts of his past after his mother’s accident and Anna Jenkins’s announcement she’s starting her own stables. Only then does he find the strength to hold on to all he’s left unclaimed.
***

Ben Crawford has always believed the professional respect and acceptance he desired couldn’t be found at Sunnydale Farms. There were just too many ghosts residing in his broken home. Only when Anna Jenkins, the one constant at his mother’s therapeutic riding facility, announces she is leaving to start her own stables is Ben forced to grasp hold of all he’s left unclaimed.

Constance Phillips lives in Ohio with her husband, daughter, two kitties, and four canine kids.
When not writing stories of finding and rediscovering love, Constance is counting down the days until her son and daughter-in-law make her a grandma and planning a cross-country motorcycle trip with her husband for the not-so-distant future…if they can find a sidecar big enough for the pups.

All That's Unclaimed (Sunnydale Days Book 2)

Review by Heidi Lynn

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Constance Phillips and Nicole Kuhn for providing me with the copy of this book so that I may bring to you this review. All That’s Unclaimed is a sequel to All That’s Unspoken. However, as a reader I felt it could be read as a stand alone.

Having read All That’s Unspoken I was equally impressed with All That’s Unclaimed. This time around the book was Anna’s and Ben’s story. However, it was great seeing Nate and Hailey again in this book.  Anna and Ben had been friends for ages before he got the courage to ask out Anna. It was so adorable because he was and being so bashful about it. He had wanted to ask her out so many times but never could get up the courage to do so. It wasn’t until his Mom’s terrible accident in the horse stable that he realized how short life really is.

Ben’s Mom invited his father to come to the stables and help out with the horses. However, Ben had to deal with past daemon issues he had with his father. With his father around it was very painful for Ben to be around him.  Anna had a good line in the book “All I’m going to say is he’s the only Dad you’ve got.” Ben’s cute reply was “Mom has always been plenty-enough Dad for me.”

I rate this All That’s Unclaimed 5 out of 5 kisses.
