Thank you to Entangle Publishing and Kathy Lyons for the opportunity to read and review this amazing story.  I instantly wanted to read this story after reading the blurb and I was not disappointed.  I will be looking for more books from this author! 

What I loved
The characters:  John and Alea are two characters that I really enjoyed reading because they have known each other for years.  However, things are different now since Alea is an adult and John is still friends with Alea's brother.  I love when characters know each other for a long time and then become romantically involved.  There is something about it that draws me in, but I don't know what it is. 

The story itself:  I loved how John came into town with a set plan but when Alea came into the picture, plans change.  I appreciated that the relationship between John and Alea wasn't all sunshine and rainbows because that is not how real relationships work.  They had to work at what they came to have.
