Buffalo Chicken

is my version. You can deep fry if you want but I bake.
No
true measurements just a dash of this and that.
Starting
with flour, add in salt/pepper, garlic & onion powder. Coat the chicken,
whether it be wings or thighs or
breasts.
Bake
in oven at about 375 until done, flip over half way through and then put back
with skin side up so the chicken juices will crunch up the skin.
Meanwhile,
make your hot sauce. Melt butter (approx 3/4 cup) and add Franks, or whatever
Louisiana kind of hot sauce you use, dash Tabasco if you want. Mix up and keep
ready for cooked chicken.
