Thanks to Melissa Foster and Tasty Book Tours for continuing to feed my addiction with romances that I can't get enough of! It's hard to believe that for the last year that I have been so enthralled by a series that I usually drop what I am doing and read the next one. I hope this will continue to be the case!
I have been crushing on Jamie since the first time we met him with Leanne and Kurt. There is something about a hot nerdy guy that loves his grandma that made him more dreamy in my eyes. From the interactions Jamie had with his friends in previous books, I knew that it would take someone special to knock Jamie on his keaster. Turns out it would be a phone that would wake him up!
When Jessica takes a break from her career as an orchestra member, she wasn't expecting to meet Jamie nor was she expecting to find a sense of peace that she never experienced before. Jessica wasn't expecting to find friends with the other girls of Seaside, but she gained more than she anticipated with her sabbatical from the orchestra.
Since I don't want to give anything away, I don't want to say much else. I love these two characters and how they managed to work out the drama that appeared during the course of their story.
It was so nice to see glimpses into the lives of the other Seaside couples.
